Deciding to partner with a virtual assistant is a big step. Many people don't know where to start. How about the beginning? First, take a moment to celebrate your decision! It's not one to be taken lightly. Now, let's take it one step at a time.
I have found that a simple, but thorough, approach works best in deciding whether a partnership will be mutually beneficial. Yes, I realize it will take time. And if you are here because time is crucial and you don't have a lot of it, just think about it like this. The more time we spend up front, the better prepared we are to hit the ground running when you're ready!
All I'm looking for here is to get to know you as a person. (In other words, no business talk!) I find it takes no more than 10-15 minutes to determine if both parties feel like they could benefit working together.

Since we both want to explore this partnership further, we will schedule another phone call. During this 45-60 minute call, I'll share with you what Triumph VA has to offer. And we'll discuss what you are looking for in a virtual assistant. We'll discuss both of our basic business structures, goals and overall business standards
This is a necessary conversation that will help determine whether working together will be a mutually beneficial partnership. We will discuss topics such as whether we both have similar views on time management, communication expectations (both when things are running smoothly and especially when they are not), goals/aspirations, privacy, transparency, and overall compatibility. Plan on talking for at least an hour on this one (usually longer if we're on a roll and having a good time)! I guess you can say that this is where the rubber meets the road. After this call is when we both should have a solid feeling if partnering together is a good fit or not. As I said, it is all about finding a partnership that works well for both of us. We'll lay it all on the table during this call.
If we both feel that partnering together is where we should go next, then we'll get the paperwork (the boring stuff my attorney says is important) out of the way. I can't wait to get started!
